We are aware that a number of customers are experiencing issues with their service. The issues may include, but may not be limited to, slow download and upload speeds, poor latency and intermittent connectivity issues. ATC is closely monitoring the situation and has taken steps to combat the problem.

It is not yet clear what the cause is, but we believe we may be experiencing third-party interference. If this is the case, it may take some time to adjust our network to resolve the issue. If the issue is related to usage and not interference, we have taken steps to increase our bandwidth which will improve your speeds during busy periods of usage such as evenings and weekends.

We offer our sincere apologies for the issues that some of you are facing, but please rest assured we are working around the clock to resolve it. We will be updating this post when we have new information.

April 5 10:12am – We are in the process of changing equipment feeding the Arlington region. Your service will resume shortly. If you are experiencing speed issues, please try power cycling your antenna. Remove the power for 30 seconds and then reconnect. We are still actively working to resolve the issue.
