We are aware of an issue that is affecting customers in the Birch Hill and McNeills Mills region. This outage was caused by a shifting antenna due to strong winds and icy conditions.

Our team assessed the situation in the late hours of yesterday evening but it was deemed unsafe to attempt to correct the problem with the current weather conditions. As soon as the weather allows and the gusting winds have subsided, we will look at correcting the problem.
